Webinar on our MiFID II Suitability Questionnaire

LEVEL EEI is organising a webinar on 30th of June 2022 between 4:00 and 5:30 PM regarding the draft questionnaire developed within the ClimateAct LIFE project and to be adapted within task 6.5.2 of the LEVEL EEI project by our coordinator, 2Dii, and guidance to help investment firms comprehensively assess clients’ sustainability preferences in compliance with new upcoming MIFID II requirements. This draft questionnaire is taking into account feedback from financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and members of civil society.
These documents are currently under public consultation but can already help financial institutions in reshaping their suitability assessment to comply with regulatory updates coming into application in August 2022.
The approach we propose aims at improving the suitability of the recommended product(s), increasing consumer trust, and ensuring that financial markets work towards societal and environmental goals.
